Rainbow Vets of Today and Yesterday

Capt. Benjamin Tupper, a public affairs officer with the 42nd Infantry Division from Syracuse, NY listens to stories of Rainbow Division veterans Vassil Evanoff from Bloomington, MN and Ivan Wallace from Pinetta, FL during the Rainbow Division Veterans Foundation's 65th Annual Reunion on July 11, 2009.
