Adjutant General Visits Vigilant Guard

TONAWANDA--Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, New York State adjutant general (right) speaks with Massachusetts Army National Guard CERFP team members at the Spaulding Fibre site in Tonawanda during Exercise Vigilant Guard on Tuesday.
