Army Guard Major Promoted to Police Lieutenant

369th Harlem Hellfighters Celebrate Dual Service of Sergio Hidalgo

NEW YORK -- New York Army National Guard Maj. Sergio Hidalgo, a native of the Dominican Republic, received a promotion to the rank of lieutenant in the New York City Police Department (NYPD) March 26 at One Police Plaza.

Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly acknowledged Hidalgo for his outstanding work with the New York City Police Department.
