Keeping the Fleet Going

Verplanck-- New York Naval Militia Senior Chief Petty Officer Frank Rogers replaces the starboard propeller on Patrol Boat 400 while servicing the craft at the Viking Boat Yard here.
The New York Naval Militia maintains a fleet of patrol boats which can be crewed when necessary to provide security support to the Coast Guard and local police agencies on New York's waterways.
