NEW YORK-- New York Army National Guard Spec. Ahmed Cuffee, from Harlem, keeps watch in Pennsylvania Station on New Year’s Eve 2010 as part of the stepped up security precautions in New York City. Cuffee is a member of Joint Task Force Empire Shield, the New York National Guard’s standing security augmentation force in New York City.
