Ceremony Honor’s Guard Soldier

GREENLAWN, N.Y. - A New York Army National Guard Color Guard joins family and friends of New York Army National Guard Sgt. Anthony L. Mangano during a ceremony in which a street here was named for him on June 21, 2011. The date was the third anniversary of his death in 2008 when his vehicle was hit by an improvised explosive device killing him and four other Soldiers from the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
