Naval Militia Members Gather at Scotia Center

SCOTIA-- Members of the New York Naval Militia who turned out on State Active Duty during the New York Military Forces response to Tropical Storm Irene gathered at the Armed Forces Reserve Center here on Dec. 3 to receive New York Humanitarian Service medals from New York Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Michael Swezy, the commander of Joint Task Force Irene.
