Adjutant General Visits Freedom Tower

NEW YORK-- Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General of New York, (center) scrawls his name on a wall on the 39th floor of the Freedom Tower under construction at the World Trade Center location here on Wednesday, August 29. Murphy is joined by his wife Cherie and Lt. Gen. William E. Ingram, the Director of the Army National Guard. Murphy is hosting a meeting for northeastern Adjutant General's at the Lexington Avenue Armory and the group visited the Freedom Tower as part of the event.
