Last C-5A Leaves Stewart Air National Guard Base

STEWART AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Newburgh N.Y. --The last C-5A Galaxy assigned to the New York Air National Guard’s 105th Airlift Wing lifts off on the final flight on Sept. 19.2012. The wing began flying the massive aircraft in 1984. The wing now flies the C-17 Globemaster III.
