NEW YORK--Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter speaks with Soldiers of the New York Army National Guard’s 369th Sustainment Brigade during a visit to the Breezy Point neighborhood on Monday, Nov. 12. Carter was in New York City to get a first hand look at the National Guard and Active Duty military response to Hurricane Sandy. He met with Active Duty and Guard troops.
