House-to-House Checks in NYC

STATEN ISLAND, NY -- New York Army National Guard Pvt. Vanessa Diaz a Soldier with the 719th Transportation Company, uses an electronic notebook to perform wellness checks, here December 6, 2012. Diaz and other Soldiers of Joint Task Force Sandy are going door to door performing wellness checks and collecting data for local authorities. Since November, New York Army National Guard Soldiers have completed over 50,000 wellness checks.
