Guard Color Guard Takes Part in Balloting Ceremony

ALBANY-A New York Army National Guard Color Guard posts the colors on Monday, Dec. 17 as the New York members of the Electoral College prepare to cast ballots in the 2012 presidential election. The Electoral College balloting, based on the popular vote in each state, officially elects the president and vice president.
