GLENVILLE-- New York Army National Guard Major Nicholas Suhr, a Delmar resident, accepts the guidon of Company B of the New York Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion during Change-of-Command Ceremonies here on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Suhr takes over the company from MAJ Adam Thurber, of Hornell, who will become personnel officer of the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
