LATHAM-- New York Army National Guard Command Sgt. Major Frank Wicks (center kneeling) with other members of Joint Force Headquarters Detachment following a physical fitness test on Thursday May 8. This was Wicks last PT test prior to his planned retirement in the fall. Wicks scored 251 out of 300 points.
