37th Finance Assumes Duties in Kuwait

CAMP BEUHRING, Kuwait--New York Army National Guard Capt. Clinton Bailly, Commander, and Sgt. 1st Class Carona Brown, Detachment Sergeant, salute the 37th Financial Management Detachment guidon signifying the incoming unit during the Transfer of Authority Ceremony 22 July 2014, Camp Beurhing, Kuwait. The New York Army Guard unit took over duties from the Texas Army National Guard's 149th Financial Management Detachment.
