New Commander for Naval Militia

BRONX--Major General Patrick Murphy the Adjutant General of New York transfers the colors of the New York Naval Militia to Naval Militia Rear Admiral Ten Eyck "Trip" Powell III during Naval Militia Change of Command ceremonies at the State University of New York Maritime College in the Bronx on Saturday Dec. 6 2014. Powell took command of the 2500-member organization from Major General Robert Wolf.
