NEW YORK--Army Staff Sgt. Jose Ibarra,the NCOIC of Soldiers Broadcasting at the Defense Media Activity, based at Fort Meade Maryland, interviews New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to Joint Task Force Empire Shield at Grand Central Station on August 16, 2016. Ibarra and three other Soldiers Broadcasting members filmed a video episode called City Soldier focusing on the task force, August 16-19.
