Digging out at SUNY Binghamton

BINGHAMTON-- New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 827th Engineer Company clear snow from a parking lot at tehe State University of New York Binghamton on March 18, 2017 as part of the New York National Guard response to the noreaster storm which covered New York with snow on March 14 2017. The university needed parking lots cleared of three feet of snow so that operations could resume.
