LATHAM-- Major General Ray Shields the Adjutant General of New Yorkremoves the major rank from Lt. Col. Gendron who was commissioned as an officer in 2004 serves as the Training Officer for the New York Army National Guard and has been selected to command the 204th Engineer Battalion.
