UTICA, N.Y. --“New York Army National Guard Maj. Gen. Steven Wickstrom, Commander of the 42nd Infantry Division, presents the unit colors of the 2nd Battalion, 108th Infantry Regiment to Lt. Col. Christopher Cronin during his change of command ceremony here Feb. 9. Cronin had previously served as the operations officer of the 42nd Division Homeland Response Force.
