NEW YORK-- Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the Archbishop of New York (center with star hat) and World War I Commission director Libby O'Connell join Army National Guard leaders at the statue of Father Francis P. Duffy, the chaplain of the 69th Infantry during World War I, following a ceremony marking Duffy's service on June 27, 2018. Father Duffy was a military chaplain for the New York National Guard's 69th Infantry Regiment in 1914 while serving as the pastor of Our Savior Parish in the Bronx.
