Officer Evaluation Reports (OERS)

AR 623-3 and DA Pam 623-3 will be utilized for OERs, which are available from http://www.usapa.army.mil. Publications on the OER system, AR 623-105 and DA Pam 623-105, are also available from http://www.usapa.army.mil.

• Failure to follow the provisions of this system can negatively affect the rated officers and the rating officers.
