Facility Reservation

   To reserve a facility at Camp Smith, the unit must submit a facility request using
web-RFMSS or by emailing the RFMSS Facility Request Form to the:

   It is necessary that every unit requesting Camp Smith facilities attend a ten (10) day out coordination meeting with Camp Smith staff members. Units planning to conduct small arms training or other types of hazardous training having a high potential for injury or death to personnel will be required to submit an O-5 Level Command Safety Certification memo per Camp Smith s O-5 Level Certification and Range Safety Briefing Policy. Once a unit has submitted their O-5 Level Command Safety Certification memo, all designated OIC and RSO listed in the memo will make an appointment (prior to the 10 day out coordination meeting) with the Camp Smith Safety Manager:
