Fort Willem Hendrick

Fort Willem Hendrick: 1673, New York County, New York. What had been Fort Amsterdam (Dutch) 1626-1664 and Fort James (British) since 1664, was briefly reoccupied by the Dutch 1673-74 as Fort Willem Hendrick.
