Fort Vrooman

Fort Vrooman: 1689, Saratoga County, Schuylerville. Blockhouse at Fish Creek on the Hudson River south of present Schuylerville. Built by Col. Peter Schuyler. Rebuilt in 1702 as Fort Saratoga.
