2nd New York Independent Battery Capt. Wm. H. Hogan, 2d Battery New York Volunteer Artillery, has been convicted of defrauding the United States and sentenced to turn over a horse now in his possession to pay the value of another horse, and to forfeit all pay and allowances and be dismissed the service.
