102nd Regiment History Mustered in: August 6, 1864 This regiment, at this date not in existence, but at the time located in New York city, was mustered in the service of the United States for a period of 100 days on the 6th of August, 1864. It (nine companies) served, commanded by Col. John N. Wilsey, at the United States depot, Elmira, and was mustered out, November 13, 1864, at New York city. During this service it lost by death, of disease, two enlisted men.
