Hobart Ward Comg. 2nd Brigade We the officers of your command respectfully represent that the Company Sergeant Commissary of subsistence of this Brigade neglects his duty, insomuch that he makes no provision whatever towards supplying the officers with the necessary stores of subsistence he is required to keep for such purpose.
