Born: May 3, 1835 Died: March 31, 1927
First marriage in 1866 to Lydia Ann Andrews who was born in 1842 and died in 1904.
Children:
Florence - schoolteacher in New York City, retired to Keeseville, NY
Lydia May - married Melbern Woodruff, lived in Fort Ann, NY (only child was Laura May Woodruff in 1917)
Sydney Andrews, MD - practiced in Fort Ann & Glens Falls, NY
Second marriage in 1909 to Emmaline Bushnell a schoolteacher.
Carlos W. Rowe owned a farm on Lake Champlain at Port Douglass, NY, near Keeseville. In retirement he saw growing interest in Florida and spent winters there investing in real estate in the Orlando area.
