Letters of Bernard Glock
9th Regiment, New York Volunteer Infantry

Bernard Glock was 20 years old when he enlisted on 8/10/1861 at New York City, NY as a Private. On 8/10/1861 he mustered into "H" Co. NY 9th Infantry. On 5/6/1863 he transferred into "A" Co. NY 3rd Infantry.
He was discharged on 8/10/1863.
These letters are not written in english. They are all written in "old" german. Only one of the letters has been translated (the letter written on March 31, 1863).
