Master Sgt. David Morrison, a member of the Stratton Air National Guard Base Medical Clinic staff, gives a hepatitis A vaccination to an Albanian Child during a medical assistance visit to that country, Feb. 10-16.
Morrison and four other medical technicians from the New York Air National Guard?s 109th Airlift Wing spent three days in Albania instructing Albanian Army medics on vaccination procedures, while giving shots to 1,000 Albanian children as part of the National Guard?s State Partnership Program. That program partners state National Guard's with other nation's militaries.
