More than 200 officers and senior non-commissioned officers of the New York Military Forces attended the meeting.
Mr. McGuiness, a former New York Army National Guard member, outlined the reserve policies that the administration of President Barack Obama is putting together, and discussed the administrations long-term plans for meeting the military needs of the United States.
