ORISKANY--Soldiers of the New York Army National Guard?s 206th Military Police Company react to an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and extract a simulated casualty during training at the New York State Emergency Preparedness Center in Oriskany, N.Y. on May 13.
The Soldiers were being trained by civilians under contract to the United States Marine Corps Engineer Cener of Excellence. The Marine's Mobile Training Cadre West team is comprised of combat veterans.
