Command Sergeant Major Rentz Passes the Torch

LATHAM - Retiring Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Rentz, Command Sergeant Major for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade passes the unit colors to Col. Mark Stryker, 42nd commander, so that command will be transferred to the incoming Command Sergeant Major, John Houck on June 12.
After the exchange of colors, Rentz retired from the New York Army National Guard after serving as a Sergeant Major for 13 years.
