Troops Team with Volunteers for Storm Relief

COBLESKILL, N.Y. - New York Army National Guard Spc. Matthew Greenberg, a truck driver with the 719th Transportation Company, based in Harlem, hands a case of water to Michael Kissinger, a local volunteer to help aid people affected by Hurricane Irene here during the National Guard’s recovery efforts across the Catskills and upstate New York. More than 2,500 Soldiers and Airmen of the National Guard were called up by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo for the storm’s response and recovery missions.
