Fallen Guard Soldiers Remembered in Ceremony

LATHAM--New York Army National Guard Command Sgt. Major Frank Wicks reads the names of the 31 New York Army National Guard Soldiers and one member of the New York Naval Militia who died in a combat zone or were killed in action during the annual Division of Military and Naval Affairs Memorial Day service on May 25. The service included remarks by Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General and Mary Kavaney the assistant to the state Deputy Secretary for Public Safety.
