The J-2 Foreign Disclosure program governs the disclosure of classified military information (CMI) and relevant controlled unclassified information (CUI) to foreign governments and international organizations; contacts with foreign government representatives; certification of foreign liaison officers to NYARNG and NYANG MACOMs, and installations for which JFHQ-NY has security cognizance; and foreign government representative attendance at JFHQ-NY sponsored meetings, conferences, and symposia.
