East Greenbush resident Sean Fredericks promoted in the New York Army National Guard

East Greenbush resident Sean Fredericks, has been promoted to Chief Warrant Officer Four in the New York Army National Guard.

Fredericks, was promoted during a Wednesday, August 23 ceremony at New York National Guard headquarters.
