EOD Defeats IED’s with Robot’s Reach

Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Joseph Ching, Space and Naval Warfare 220, from San Diego, Calif. prepares the Talon Mark 4 Explosive Ordnance Disposal robot for a demonstration.
