DFRANCE--Soldiers from the New York Army National Guards 42nd Infantry Division participate in the dedication of a plaque to General Douglas MacArthur the creator of the division, its chief of staff and a brigade commander and commander during World War I at Landres et Saint Georges France on July 25 2018. Twenty-five members of the New York Army National Guards 42nd Infantry Division which is headquartered in Troy headed to France on Monday July 23 to take part in a week of World War I commemorative activities.
