27th Brigade marks Teal Tuesday Fallen Aviator honored at Saratoga Cemetery New Commander for the 42nd Infantry Division Artillery Soldiers hold annual dinner 258th Field Artillery Soldiers train in Brazil 42nd ID commemorated on Long Island

WAREGEM, BELGIUM--Col Christopher Cronin the commanderof the New York Army National Guards 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team and other brigade Soldiers pose for a photograph at Flanders Field American Cemetery Waregem Belgium on August 5 2018 following a World War I commemoration ceremony. The brigade Soldiers were honoring the memory of the 18,000 New York National Guardsmen of the 27th Division who fought in the region in 1918. Part of the centennial of the end of WWI the 27th and 30th Infantry Brigades were invited to Belgium and France to conduct ceremonies and tour famous locations to commemorate the event.
