LONG ISLAND--New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 3rd Battalion 142nd Aviation, speak with Col. Michael Charnley , the commander of the 42d Combat Aviation Brigade,during their annual training July 29 at state land on Long Island, New York.
