Cpt. Thomas Barber
31 years old upon enlistment.
Enlisted on 8/19/1863 at New York City, NY as a Private.
Enlisted on 8/16/1862 at New York City, NY as a 2nd Lieutenant.
On 9/10/1862 he was commissioned into NY 119th Infantry
He was discharged on 12/27/1862.
On 8/19/1863 he mustered into "K" Co. NY 15th Heavy Artillery
Promoted to 2nd Lt. on 2/26/1864
On 9/22/1864 Promoted to 1st Lt. and tranferred to Co. B
Promoted to Cpt. on 8/28/1865
He was Mustered Out on 8/22/1865 at Washington, DC
