The #88 National Guard car, a display model of the car NASCAR star Dale Earhart Jr. drives, will be back in the Capital Region April 21-25.

April 21, April 23, April 24 and April 25.

Latham, Troy, Castleton, and Ballston Spa
The National Guard sponsors Dale Earnhardt Jr. and the No. 88 National Guard/AMP Energy Team as a way to draw attention to the opportunities for service to community, state and nation, that the National Guard offers young men and women. At the team’s most recent race, in Phoenix on April 126, the 88 car finished 7th and is currently in fourth place in NASCAR point standings. The display car events provide NASCAR fans the chance to examine a racing car up close. Coverage Opportunities: April 21- 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Division of Military and Naval Affairs headquarters at 330, Old Niskayuna Road, Latham. The car will be on display as part of The Guard Experience recruiting event. April 23-6 p.m. to 9 p.m.; The 42nd Infantry Division Headquarters at 137 Glenmore Road, Troy. The car will be on display as part of The Guard Experience recruiting event. April 24-8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 10 Empire St. Boulevard Castleton.
