Rhinebeck Veteran of Iraq, Afghanistan promoted in New York Army National Guard

New York Army National Guard Chief Warrant Officer 5 James McCauley was promoted today, at the Army Aviation Flight Facility, joined by his wife Amy, daughters Samantha and Quinn, sister Amy, and his parents Patrick and Anne.

McCauley currently lives with his wife in Rhinebeck, N.Y., and works as a Standardization and Instructor Pilot for UH-60A/L Blackhawks in the National Guard.
