New York Army National Guard Soldiers of the 204th Engineer Battalion clear debris from Mill Valley Road in Middleburgh N.Y. following floods caused by Hurricane Irene. Soldiers are assisting authorities by clearing debris so food and supplies can be delivered to flood victims.
