SYRACUSE-- Command Sgt. Maj. Anthony McLean, former Command Sgt. Maj. of the 27th Infantry Brigade Team stands side-by-side with Command Sgt. Maj. Edwin Garris, the brigade's new senior noncomissioned officer in Syracuse, New York, February 19.
