Remembering President Chester A. Arthur

153rd Troop Command Gets New Command

BUFFALO-- Lt. Col. James Freehart, incoming commander of the 153rd Troop Command accepts the unit colors from Brig. Gen. Michael Swezey, the commander of the 53rd Troop Command during Change of Command Ceremonies on Sunday, Oct. 25 at the Connecticut Street Armory here. Freehart replaces Col. James Pabis who will become the deputy commander of the 153rd Troop Command.

On Rappel
