Sgt. Major handing colors to new 153rd TC Commander

New Commander for 153rd Troop Command

BUFFALO-- New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Jim Pabis (left) receives the colors of the 153rd Troop Command from Command Sgt. Major Joy O’Neil during a Change of Command Ceremony held at the Connecticut Street Armory on Saturday, April 2.
Pabis takes over from Col. Reginald Sanders who is taking command of the 369th Sustainment Brigade in New York City.
