NYANG Image STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE-- Representatives of Sierra Nevada Corporation check out the landing gear on one of the LC-130H aircraft flown by the New York Air National Guard's 109th Airlift Wing during an October 5, 2026 visit to the the wing at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia. The Sparks, Nevada based aerospace company has a $31.8 million contract to design and produce the new ski landing gear for the LC-130J version of the ski-equipped C-130s flown by the wing.
